Mango questions
Before you book.
What does joining the waitlist do?
It costs nothing. On 1 March 2027 waitlist members get a WhatsApp message first and choose their dispatch week before bookings open to everyone.
What does a booking reserve?
A box of your chosen variety and size in a dispatch week. Slots per week are limited to what our orchards have confirmed, so we never sell fruit we don't have.
When do I pay?
A deposit of Rs 1,000 per box when you book, to our business account. The rest before dispatch or on delivery.
What if the crop fails or the variety is late?
Mango windows move with the weather. If your variety is late we move your box to the next week and tell you first. If the crop fails, you choose another variety or get a full refund of your deposit.
How are the mangoes ripened?
Naturally. Calcium carbide is illegal for ripening in Punjab and we never use it. Boxes leave firm-ripe and finish ripening at your home in a few days; a ripening card in the box tells you day by day.
