Is cash on delivery available?
Yes, across Pakistan. Orders up to the COD limit are full cash on delivery. Larger orders need a small advance to our business account, and it is taken off your bill. Gift orders with a hidden price and mango bookings are paid in advance.
How do I know the ghee is real?
Every ghee batch is tested by an accredited lab for the parameters listed on its page, and the report PDF sits behind the QR code on your jar. We say "tested for listed parameters", never "100% pure", because no single test can prove everything.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Send photos within 24 hours of delivery using the claim form or WhatsApp. Transit damage is replaced or refunded. Our freshness promise explains spoilage and late-delivery cases separately.
When can I order mangoes?
Bookings open on 1 March 2027 for June to September dispatch. Join the waitlist now and you choose your dispatch week before everyone else.
Can I order from the UK, UAE or USA?
Yes. Use "Send to family in Pakistan". You see reference prices in GBP, AED or USD, pay in rupees by bank transfer for now (card payments are coming), and we deliver anywhere in Pakistan with your message card. Your family never sees the price if you choose.
