Orders
An order is a request until we confirm it by WhatsApp or phone. We may decline an order, for example if an item is out of stock or an address cannot be served; any advance is refunded in full.
Prices
Prices are in Pakistani rupees. Before launch some prices are marked "launch price (indicative)". The total you pay, including delivery, is always shown before you place your order and confirmed again on WhatsApp. Reference prices in GBP, AED or USD are for guidance only.
Payment
Cash on delivery is available on eligible orders. Larger orders require a small advance to our business account. Gift orders with a hidden price and mango bookings are paid in advance. Bank and wallet payments are marked paid only after we verify them.
Delivery
Delivery dates are estimates based on our courier zones and dispatch rules. Late delivery is covered by our freshness promise.
Mango bookings
A booking reserves a box in a dispatch week, against fruit our orchards have confirmed. Mango windows depend on the weather; if your variety is late we move your box and tell you first. If the crop fails you may choose another variety or receive a full refund of your deposit.
Product information
Lab reports cover only the parameters listed on them. Natural products vary in colour, grain and shape from batch to batch.
Reviews
Only customers with delivered orders may review. We moderate reviews for abuse and personal data but do not remove honest negative reviews.
